Bug: Emissive textures don't render correctly when using the 64-bit version of the game with the fixed DX9 dll, they do work on the 32-bit client. Could it be related to the 64-bit client itself?

How to reproduce: launch the 64-bit version of the game and grab a weapon with a emissive texture (i used ballistic weapons to test it since it used emissive texture for the red dot sights)
