Current behavior of "Add group" and "Add watch" adds to end of the list, no matter what.

Update behavior to match the copy&paste functionality:

If adding while a group node is selected, add within the group node to the bottom of the group
If adding while nothing is selected, add to end of the list
If adding while a watch node is selected, add below the selected watch node
