<heading> element is not supported in KML rendering in Google Maps #420

What is the full URL of the page with the documentation error?

In the attached KML document, almost all icons have a <heading> element with 
values other than 0. But if I display this KML in Google Maps, they are 
rendered as if they had a heading of 0.

well, I should have a searched open issues before opening a new one: this a 
duplicate of issue 418...
