An issue with internal KML links on IIS

For one of our projects, we have to display some data on Google Earth API. 
Currently we have the KML files on our IIS Server with virtual active directory 
functionalities activated.
But the problem is, the moment we use you link, we can see the KML file on 
implemented Google Earth API system, but the moment we change the link with our 
own KML link of the IIS, it doesn’t show anything. FYI, KML MIME is defined 
on IIS.

So I was wondering if we need to activate anything else on IIS.
I would be delighted to know your idea about it.
