CEF1: Remove support for HTML5 audio & video tags #530

The code path used for sound playback in CEF has been removed from the Chromium 
code base. An alternative implementation is now needed.

Due to the loss of audio playback capability in Chromium revision 122508 and 
the general lack of playback performance as compared to CEF3 we will 
discontinue support for the HTML5 audio and video tags in CEF1. We can 
reconsider this decision in the future if/when a new audio implementation 
becomes available.

To clarify, support will be discontinued starting with the 1180 branch.

Done in CEF1 trunk revision 829 and CEF1 1180 branch revision 830.
