Render PDFs with own embedded reader rather than adobe reader #552

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Rather than using the adobe reader present on the users machine, the PDF should 
be rendered using the embedded reader similar to the way that chrome operates

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Google has distribution agreements with third-parties that allow bundled 
plugins. This is not an option for the CEF project as a whole. Individual CEF 
users can negotiate their own agreements if desired.
