CEF1 and CEF3 need to co-exist in the /trunk directory. #564

In order to properly represent development status it is necessary for CEF1 and 
CEF3 to co-exist in the /trunk directory. This will be done in the following 
steps:

1. Rename CEF1 files from /trunk to /trunk/cef1.
2. Branch CEF3 files from /branches/cef3 to /trunk/cef3.
3. Remove obsolete /branches/cef2 and /branches/cef3 directories.
