Patch - Drag and Drop and Zooming #11

Hi,

I've added the possibility to zoom by pressing CTRL and scrolling the 
mousewheel and added the function to open pictures via Drag 'n Drop

Merged into trunk in revision 77-78.

P.S. The patches contain too much useless changes making it harder to extract 
useful bits.
