This update adds arguments to CALAND.r and plot_caland.r that customize how BC will be treated in calculations and in plotting. Also adds new caland.r outputs for BC-C and more detailed non-burned outputs (issue #45 ). This also fixes the caland and plot_caland bug that was not calculating & plotting management areas correctly (issue #46 ) .
