developed_all carbon density and growth needs to be split into above and below ground #52

We now have the data to do this the lcc component needs to be modified to deal with this also

this input data split has been updated, and it appeared that no caland changes were necessary. still in testing, though.

input file below ground seems a bit higher than 28% of above ground and output densities are wrong

done. adjusted the accumulation fraction so that the below to above is the same as the initial year carbon density fraction rather than each year. below still increases faster, probably because the mortality rate is the same, but the below density is lower.
