Updated climate scalar files, added tutorial, bug fix for plot_uncert… #83

The Delta Cultivated climate scalar values have been updated. The tutorial materials have been added. A grep bug was fixed in plot_uncertainty.

@msimmond Do you have some plots showing the difference in the Delta of overall when using the new scalars? Also, I recall that there may be some typos in the readme/user guide. Do you have any record of these?

I don't think I ever ran the original master with the new scalars. I don't have a record for the typos, but I did just make a couple edits to the readme file.
