Feature Request - Output directory as argument #3

Would it be possible to add a argument to the program to specify the output directory? Like have it read from one folder but output the merged pkg files into another? I submitted this also on the original project, but it looks to be mostly dead update wise unfortunately

That's a good idea. Right now I don't have much free time (as you can tell I'm replying 7 months later) but, I will try to update it if I find the time.

No rush, I worked around it with some smart use of symlinks. Take your time
