setting background image? #29

Where to leave images to set as background and in what format I've trie PIC1, PICT1, .jpg, .JPG, .png, .PNG still nothing shows up. I've tried transfering files over FTP & through USB but still nothing.

They go in /dev_hdd0/game/IRISMAN00/USRDIR/background

They should be named PICT0.JPG, PICT1.JPG, PICT2.JPG, etc. (All letters upper case, including the file extension)

15 images are allowed.

Do they need to be a certain size? Appreciate the help.

Yes, they cannot exceed 2MB if I recall correctly.

Also the width & height must be a multiple of 4. I think it can be a multiple of 2 too, but I don't remember if only width or height or both.

Got them to recgonize, I set them all as 1920x1080 but they dont fill the screen 100%. No worries, thanks again.

There is an option in the Start menu that let you adjust the edges of the screen.
