Hello, i tried in everyway, it's doesn't show up in ExFat manager. I check my exfat partition it's support only on PS4 and my Samsung phone. Is there any guide to do Exfat Format specially for IRISMAN ?

Spec: PS3 Slim SCPH-2500A Rebug CFW 4.84 REX

You could try the standalone version of Simple File Manager (IRISMAN includes an embedded version of it for exFAT) https://store.brewology.com/ahomebrew.php?brewid=323

Also check if your exFAT drive is MBR or GPT. If it is GPT, try converting it to MBR. https://www.howtogeek.com/245610/how-to-check-if-a-disk-uses-gpt-or-mbr-and-how-to-convert-between-the-two/

It's MBR in first place, that's why it's supported at samsung galaxy phone, the problem is even on exfat file mangaer, the fat0 drive is used by FAT32 drive instead ! Thank, i will try this Simple File Manager too P/s: Does it mean it's dead if you have two FAT32 and Exfat drive on 1 HDD?

Hello, after so many tries, no matter what i do it's keep detected /fat0:/ as fat32 drive, is there anyway to fix this?

It looks like an issue in the exFAT driver. Try using a dedicated disk with one partition formatted in FAT32 or NTFS (MBR).

ExFat is only able to handle one disk at a time and was only tested with one partition, afaik. This means it will only work if you have one ExFat partition on your drive. It seems to me you might have one FAT32 partition and one ExFat partition on the same drive and this will not work. You could try to create ExFat as the first partition and FAT32 as a second partition since ExFat can handle FAT32 but not the other way around. Even in this case however it is not guaranteed it will work since it was never meant to be used with more than one partition, afaik.

Look like it's impossible for me to using one hdd for both ps3 and ps4. Man, thank for the help

PS4 supports ExFat. I use one ExFat disk for both myself so if you have only one ExFat partition on the disk, you should have no issues on PS4 or PS3. You won’t be able to access it from the XMB on PS3 because it is not supported natively, but you should be able to use it from IRISMAN and other managers that support ExFat.

I tested my 64Gb flash drive and 500Gb external hdd with the latest Irisman. Irisman recognized it while on GPT/MBR, and exFAT/NTFS. I used EaseUS Partition Master 13.0 for setting up my drives. What Irisman can't recognize thou is my 4Tb external hdd. Hope devs can fix the support for 4Tb or higher. Thanks.

it could be an ExFat library limitation but I’m not sure/don’t remember reading this. I have not tested with such a drive.
