-webMAN will now only be downloaded/updated if it's already installed.

-Changed default covers path to /dev_hdd0/game/IRISMAN00/covers/. Now users can store covers on their USB and import them with the 'Copy from /dev_usb/iris to IRISMAN folder' option (path in settings.ini still takes priority).
