It happens with every game or app, not just with that game

The issue could be related to fan control. Try setting the fan to MANUAL or SYSCON mode in /setup.ps3

Remember to SAVE the settings after change the option.

You could try replacing the internal HDD (or format the current if you don't mind missing the saved content). This will force to format the HDD and reinstall the firmware. Then reinstall HEN.

If the issue still persists after reseting everything to stock settings, then it could be a hardware issue.

Delete /dev_hdd0/tmp/system_plugins if you have that folder.

If your issue happens with PSN games installed in HDD (PKG games), then it's a bug in HEN or something else.

webMAN MOD only affects PSN games if fan control is set to Dynamic or Auto#2.

You mean, delete all or can I just uninstall hen and ten install hen and webman again?

I do not have that folder:(

Then that's good. Try uninstalling webMAN MOD, then reinstall an older version like 1.47.34.

If the issue is still present, continue reinstalling HFW+HEN. And if the issue still continue, format the internal HDD or just replace the internal HDD so you don't lose your saves and downloaded content.
