Error 501 - Not Implemented #585

I wanted to use ps3netsrv but if I try to launch the game from WebMan nothing happens. I see it in the My Games folder but nothing happens.

If I try to mount via Web, I get the error code 501.

If now move the iso to my ps3 and run it, everything is fine. If I move it back. Error 501.

If I now extract iso with my ps3 and after that combine it back to an iso with irisman, the iso will work.

I use makeps3iso on windows with the latest version.

WebMan Mod, Irisman and HEN are all up to date to this date.

I tried to move the iso where I was sharing to a fat32 partion in MBR just for testing... Same error.

If I try wiz multiman... Well I can't even play one game via network even though I can see it.

All iso are playing fine from USB or from the internal HDD. I use ethernet for my ISO Server and my PS3.

ps3netsrv must be running on the PC. The port 38008 must be open or the firewall disabled.

The PS3 ISO should be copied to the folder PS3ISO in the shared folder.

On the PS3, the IP address of the PC should be specified for PS3NETSRV in /setup.ps3

Scan for content and reload XMB to list the games on the PC.

You can verify if PS3NETSRV is responding opening http://0/net0 It should list the directories in the shared folder on the PC

As said. I see the content and the files, but WebMan is not able to mount it.

I can browse through it with Multiman via the web or use multiman. All fine. But mounting ISO is causing error 501.

Does the ISO need to be in special format?

Some games work and boot others just give error 501 on the web browser. In PS3 XMB is is just doing nothing.

Where can I fin the error log for WebMan when it mounting the drive? I can send it on so there is more data to it.

webMAN does not generate an error log file. It shown a notification error message on screen when there is an error mounting a game.

The ISO only needs to be in PS3ISO folder with file extension .iso or .ISO

You can try the latest version or some older versions: ps3netsrv_20200708.zip <= Latest ps3netsrv_20170310.zip <= older release ps3netsrv-src-deank.7z <= official ps3netsrv released by deank for multiMAN.

It doesn't support some features like split ISO or list folders from multi-paths using INI file.

There should be something wrong in your environment, since no other users are reporting your issue.

If I'm at home, I will just reinstall WebMan Mod and reinstall ps3srvnet.

I will write the results here.

Yeah, I tried to Google my problem, but haven't found anything so this is somewhat strange.
