[Feature Request] Rumble #899

Aldo, can some web commands be added to vibrate the controller?

For testing purposes and for other feedback response, like using it together with a notification and etc..

I haven't used the rumble APIs before. So I don't know if it's feasible or not to include the feature.

To be honest... I find it unnecessary for the purposes of webMAN MOD.

No problem i was just thinking about the notifications and the idea came to my mind about some notifications with a vibration feedback

And i wondered why we don't have a test of the rumbles as we got leds and buzzer via ps3mapi
