Added game account functionality (viewing, creating, etc)
Added Forgot Password functionality
Changed website account ID type from number to string to support Forgot Password feature
Refactored database query handlers and helpers to reduce duplication
Added handleUpdate API handler
Changed BodyText to always appear as center-aligned on mobile

TODO: Add eslint rule to project so build errors that are due to unused imports show up in IDE
