Changed Hiscores to 1 page that has its data changed when you click on a menu item (which are now buttons) - smoother experience, scroll position is usually not lost.
Fixed hiscores table so they show maxstats values, not curstats (fixes an issue with Hits skill not matching its EXP in hiscores)
Ordered hiscores tables by EXP instead of level
Omitted accounts from hiscores that have baseline skill EXP
Rounded EXP values
Formatted EXP values to use commas
Styled Hiscores page and updated mobile view
