What's Changed

Updated useHiscores so data is only queried once on render and switching between hiscores tables only sorts and filters the queried data
Added a loading state when switching between hiscores tables
Set min-height on table and loading state so that there is less jumping
Re-styled hiscores UI and added skill icons
Added player look feature and dedicated player hiscore pages
Fixed news-related console warnings on Homepage and news pages
