Generate Cache Table #51

Hi, when configure this extension to work with cache, no generate the table in 
MySQL. To work I need change $wgPageAttachment_internalCacheType value from 
Database to MySQL. And back to Database to keep working the extension.

Thanks for reporting this bug.  

Checked the code and "MySQL" is hard coded -- need to remove the hard coding.

Fixed - Removed hardcoded "MySQL" token.
