Form on client for submitting new jokes. #7

Bagus tuh sediain form buat input jokes baru. Nanti yg udah di input masuk list pending approval. It'd be nice if there's a form for submitting new jokes. The submission would be in a pending approval list.

Could be implemented. It's open to anyone who's up for it tho😉
