aabox segment overlap test broken #18

I've just ported the code over to javascript and I can't get the 
segmentAABoxOverlap code to return correctly. It might just be me but I don't 
think I've made a mistake. I haven't been able to see what the code is trying 
to do so I've just rewritten it if you want to take a look
