I think the basic pre-processing steps are brought into usgs-map-gwmodels, do you think the next step would be to write an example notebook laying out steps for one of the insets or meras6; ending up calling modflow-setup with an existing yaml file?

Hey @hwreeves-USGS, I think a demo for the MS Delta inset model would make sense, unless some of the source datasets are too large. We already have the framework data (AEM data + raster surfaces) for the Delta area in the tests/data folder. If the source datasets are too large, or the demo is too slow, we could alternatively focus on the shellmound inset area, which is a small area within the Delta.
