Verify system with isolated collinear swimmer #11

Stop trying to be fancy. First, get the simulation working and stable with an isolated collinear swimmer.

TODO:

[x] Change python configuration script to have 1 swimmer
[x] Figure out how to use Udwadia system with no constraints
[x] Add PLFT algorithm from previous commits for initial conditions.
Do verifications mentioned for fancier system
- [x] Expected results with Taylor expansion
- [x] Changing w does not affect results. This is no longer needed after refactoring rbm_conn
- [x] Changing (positive) value of scalar added to total mass matrix to make M_eff full-rank does not affect results, as outlined by Udwadia and Schutte
- [x] w = 1
- [x] w = 0.01
- [x] w = 100
- [x] Confirm total energy is conserved. It is not, and this is expected. See issue #14 closing comment.
