[x] Collinear locater displacement (and no rotation) recovered in the limit the z-spacing becomes very large.

[x] Changing (positive) value of scalar added to total mass matrix to make M_eff full-rank does not affect results, as outlined by Udwadia and Schutte. This is being done in issue #11.
