All changes now lost on restart #116

I had a fully working install with several working servers, those servers are all still there, and i can create and use new servers etc, but when the app is closed any changes are lost, including: new servers that i've made, any mods that have been added. Where are these changes supposed to be saved to?

Having installed a fresh instance, i do not have the issue with that instance. However i would still be interested if anyone is able to point me in the direction of what the issue may be.
