Startup Changement: Start up delay #121

Hi there, Well an easy thing which you may can implement for the future.

When starting the Server don t Start the HCs too at the same time. May give the HCs a delay of 15 - 30 sec. So the main Server can load the mods faster. (You save much time when loading part for part and no all together)
