FAST asks for Steam Guard code when steam guard is disabled on account, and doesn't ask for it when steam guard is enabled on account. #128

It's simple enough to work around, if you have steam guard disabled just click SUBMIT and everything works fine anyway. But if you have Steam Guard enabled you get stuck at Loading Steam API...OK and application never progresses.
