Make an option to always remote the titlebar #17

This extension is pretty effective, but it would be nicer if we had an option that allows us to always remove the title bar (instead of doing so only when the window is maximized). It would naturally lead us to change the extension name, but it would be much better as we could decide in which situation we want to remove the titlebar.

I have no knowledge in JavaScript, at all, let alone in creating Gnome extensions. Even though, I simply changed these lines and it worked. So I suppose it should not be that hard to achieve it.
