Fixes a bug in StateArray.plot_spatial_assignment_probabilities that led to the same colorbar scaling for localization density, prior diffusion coefficient, and posterior diffusion coefficient. These all have distinct colorbar scaling now.

Upgrades the FBME likelihood function to incorporate localization error.
