Missing PdfMod icon #89

At the moment, the icon is the same as Adobe Reader. This may create confusion in the launcher. ;-)

@Ommac you're right. Problem is that the original icon is so ugly that I cannot figure out anything useful in this regard. I would like not to diverge too much from the original one, but I honestly don't know what to choose!

@alecive Great job! The default PdfMod icon was actually difficult to improve.
