fgroup and ftest are not yet implemented.

When an fgroup or ftest exists:

any test calls are ignored, unless within an fgroup
any group calls are ignored, unless within an fgroup or containing an fgroup or ftest

Nesting fgroup or ftest within an xgroup does nothing.

Also, nesting an ftest within an fgroup disables any sibling test and group calls.
