Find a bypass to show trimmed content in the reply without clicking #12

Won't fix, because even if the trimmed text is extracted from a hidden input and inserted as part of the message, many actions, like pressing Ctrl+A or sending it will cause a duplicate inclusion of the quoted text. GMail's code is far too obfuscated (thanks to Closure) to find the handler and invoke it instead of programmatically clicking the button.

Maybe I'll find a way by the time I release 2.0.

Won't fix, as the current solution is stable enough.
