Here's what needs to be reworked:

Make it clear on the Chrome Webstore page to reload all tabs with Google Mail in them for the extension to take effect.
Add a second screenshot, where the trimmed content is collapsed (so it's more clear what exactly the extension does) and replace the text with something completely meaningless.
