Trimless stopped working? #42

It seems like Trimless stopped working with one of the recent updates of GMail or Chrome. Right? Is it still working for others?

I'm on Mac OS 10.14.4, Chrome 76.0.3809.100.

Does it work for you such that you never see those 3 dots in Gmail?

Not sure about "never", since I'm not using this extension in my day-to-day, but I've given it a quick go through several emails and haven't noticed any issues. Are you sure it's enabled? Chrome may sometimes have a mind of its own. Have you tried restarting your browser? Have your tried hard-refreshing Gmail? Have you tried enabling Trimless in incognito and testing it there? Have you tried reinstalling the extension?

Following up on this with some delay.

Yes, it's enabled.
Yes, I've restarted my browser.
Hard-refreshing: Gmail: How does that work?
Incognito: When I'm in incognito mode all my browser extensions don't show up. How can this be done?
Yes, I tried reinstalling the extension.

Re: Incognito:

Open top-right menu > More tools > Extensions.
Press "Details" under Trimless.
Enable "Allow in Incognito".
Open an Incognito tab, log into Gmail and open a few emails, see if it's still broken.
Disable "Allow in Incognito", as to keep it clean.
