Calculate "edit distance" from baseline map

• Compute this for the notable maps and (separately) the official maps for each state
• Plot vs. # of districts & fit a line

of split precincts:

• Compute this for the notable maps and (separately) the official maps for each state

Once the main site is in place, it'd be interesting to see what these plots look like.
