Accentuate bolding in the ratings table #59

The Official and Baseline rows are bolded, but:

My main browser for this is Firefox, where bolding now looks obvious to me.
My main browser for DRA is Chrome, where bolding is still very faint.
I also tried Safari, and for me it looks like Firefox.
I also run Brave, where the bolding is again very faint.
