Fix issue #39 #40

This pull request includes:

Editing a task doesn't change the priority to medium.
The completion time is displayed in local time.
The priority order shows the higher task first.

Next time i will sync the fork before adding new commits :sweat_smile:

I've applied these fixes in a separate fix, but thank you for the PR.

You're welcome. I see you solve the problem that I have commented on PR with the completion time, what a coincidence. But this pull solves the problem with priority order without affecting the rest. I have opened #41 with the new fail.
