Cleanup and normalize all benchmark functions #137

Requires #136

Moves every serializer into its own file
Initializes every serializer with a NewXX() Serializer func
Removes commented out serializers
Fixes serializers that were not passing validation
Removes capnproto2 serializer (does not work)

This is preparatory work for further improvements on the project.
