Please include test_index.json in tarball #22

I'm in the process of packaging this for Fedora, and one something that is very helpful is to be able to run the test suite during package building. Unfortunately the tarball doesn't contain test_index.json, so the tests all fail - please could you include that in the tarball. Thanks.
