What version of ElectricSleep are you using?
BETA
On what android device and android version?
Sony Ericsson, Xperia X10a

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have to do nothing. It automatically starts up and drains the memory.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not expected to be turned on, but it is and uses up memory and battery

Please explain what you mean by "it is on". Are you using a task manager to
determine this?

Yes. When I go into the TaskKiller App, the application is running.

That is just how android works. Android launches apps, and keeps them in
memory as long as it can. It does this for speed and to reduce overhead.
So, I am not programming my app to stay in memory. Android does that!

PS taskkillers are bad in most cases.
