Fix attach images responsive and modal dialog #29

With this MR

we can use camera/attach images/... whatever which uses clip icon in whatsapp in 100% width
Also added responsive to modal dialogs (like delete messages)
Added support to start new chats

This MR fixes https://github.com/alefnode/ubports-apps/issues/18 and https://github.com/alefnode/ubports-apps/issues/22
