Add a "follow cursor" option for the Sidebar #335

One feature that is missing and I think would be very useful:

When you move your cursor up or down the lines in your files (editor), the selected bookmark in the Sidebar "follows" automatically to highlight the closest bookmark ABOVE the cursor line. (The "Inline Bookmarks" extension offers this feature.)

It would allow easily to see where we are at within the list of bookmarks.

Thanks for reporting the request. I didn't know about that feature on Inline Bookmarks extension, but I'll take a look to have a better understanding.
