[FEATURE] - Reopen “core” source and change License #523

Most of the “core” source (which is today stored in a private repo) will be reopened, allowing more contributions. The license will move from MIT to a GPLv3 license.

Thank you for building this awesome extension! I hope the new license will encourage people to contribute and ultimately lead to a even better extension. Do you have any plans to reopen the core repository in the near future? It would be great if we could build the extension locally.

The source code is still not accessible (https://github.com/alefragnani/vscode-bookmarks-core/ is private), do you still plan to open-source it?

I have no idea why open source partly, I clone the repository but cannot build this project without "vscode-bookmarks-core".

I am a bit curious on the purpose of having the root of the project be available while the core submodule is private. Looking forward to the possibility of contributing!
