[FEATURE] - Option to fold tag folders by default #741

When open project manager, tag folders in the side bar were unfolded. Sometimes, it's hard to find the project when having so much tags. Is there or will there be an option to fold tag folders by default?

This is not possible yet, but there is an issue already requesting this feature #566 .
