Clear() sink, ideal when using a custom factory in ASP.NET Core integration tests
Added FilterByTypeName() to the sink options configurator.
Added overloads to MELTBuilder:
- CreateTestSink()
- CreateLoggerFactory(Action<TestSinkOptions> configure)
