Very fast sound change if scroll with touchpad on icon #45

We need to copy default behavior of GS. For now it is impossible to set up sound using touchpad scroll on sound icon.

I'm actually copying the gnome shell slider implementation. So scrolling should do the same on all items in that menu. There's no special implementation for that, just shell widgets.
