missing dll libtag.dll in Windows Setup version "Cantata-1.5.0-Setup.exe"

Which version of Cantata?
Cantata-1.5.0-Setup.exe

Which build? KDE, Qt4, Qt5, Windows, Ubuntu, Mac?
Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installation
2. First start.
3. libtag.dll is missing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
        , libtag.dll is missing

Please provide any additional information below.

I solved the Issue with the following steps.

1. Download the previous version Cantata-1.4.2-Setup.exe.
2. extract the libtag.dll from there and copy it to the installed version.

only missing dll?
